The cake, however was disappointing. I ordered a vanilla cake with raspberry filling. The cake was the consistency of an angel food cake rather than a birthday cake. It was very spongy. I was also disappointed that the cake was not especially attractive. One side bulged out and it was a bit messy looking. Not one person mentioned that they liked the cake. I guess I just expected more from a bakery that makes wedding cakes.September 08, 2016
